Restoring mobility

I did a course of physical therapy, but my shoulder mobility has hardly returned. What else can be done?

When physical therapy does not produce the desired result, it may mean that structural damage to the joint tissues is still preventing full rehabilitation. In such cases, some consider regenerative medical approaches aimed at supporting tissue repair at the cellular level: for example, introducing stem cells to the site of the tear or using models such as exosomes from MSCs (mesenchymal stem cells), which can modulate inflammation and stimulate natural regeneration. Although these methods are still being actively researched, they show potential for improving functional recovery of mobility and reducing pain, especially when traditional methods have not yielded significant progress. For an overview of current strategies for treating labral tears, including cellular approaches, see: https://ways2well.com/blog/stem-cells-for-labrum-tear-advancing-treatment-options. This will help you understand the options available today for comprehensive rehabilitation.
